Acceptance of Order
Orders are only accepted by Exercise Equipment Australia subject to these Conditions of Purchase and Terms of Trading. Variations of these conditions will not be accepted by Exercise Equipment Australia without an agreement in writing prior to the order being placed. Exercise Equipment Australia reserves the right to refuse any order.

Pricing and Payment
All prices appearing on our website are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. All payments are required before dispatch of goods. All pricing excludes shipping & handling costs.

Stock Availability
All goods ordered are offered strictly subject to availability. Please contact Exercise Equipment Australia via email on sales@exerciseaustralia.com if you wish to check availability of products or have any other questions. If an item ordered is temporarily out of stock Exercise Equipment Australia will contact you and inform you of the expected delivery date.

Delivery & Shipping
Although Exercise Equipment Australia seeks to dispatch all items within 48 working hours if by chance goods ordered are not in stock, customers are requested to allow 5 working days for delivery. Customers will be kept informed of an expected delivery date in the event of a longer delay. Where a request has been made for delivery on a specific date, Exercise Equipment Australia will do all in its power to honour this date. However the company will not entertain any claim whatsoever for compensation arising from failure to deliver on this day. Please let Exercise Equipment Australia know of any special delivery instructions. You may wish to have your order delivered to work or a more convenient address. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times for orders as we are reliant on external couriers for these deliveries.

Damaged Items, Claims and Shortages
Notification of damage or shortage must be made to the carrier on receipt of goods and to Exercise Equipment Australia within 24 hours of receipt of goods. This notification must be confirmed in writing within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Notification concerning non-delivery of part of a consignment must be made to Exercise Equipment Australia within 7 days from the invoice date, otherwise no claim can be entertained. Customers are advised that in the case of a query concerning delivered goods, contact should be made with Exercise Equipment Australia who will advise on procedures to be taken. On no account should customers attempt to return goods without following the procedures outlined at the time by Exercise Equipment Australia.

Returns Exchanges and Refunds
All equipment sold by Exercise Equipment Australia is covered by the manufacturers specific warranties and subject to the use and maintenance terms therein. Exercise Equipment Australia undertakes to repair, replace or exchange any items which are returned under the terms of the manufacturers warranty. In all other cases acceptance of returned goods is entirely at the discretion of Exercise Equipment Australia. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without authorisation obtained from Exercise Equipment Australia Customer Service. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back freight prepaid and must arrive in like new condition in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Please note that Exercise Equipment Australia will not issue refunds or replace goods where products have been used by customers other than in accordance with clear instructions provided with the product.

Cancellation of Orders
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Exercise Equipment Australia directly by phone to request cancellation at least 48 hours prior to shipping. Once goods have been shipped it is the responsibility of the customer, upon authorisation from Exercise Equipment Australia, to incur the return shipping costs.

Extent of Liability
At no time will Exercise Equipment Australia be liable for any costs in excess of the original purchase price of the goods.

Catalogue Descriptions
Exercise Equipment Australia has taken great care to ensure that all sizes, colours, descriptions and specifications are true, accurate and representative, however slight variations may occur as a result of ongoing research and development by manufacturers. Exercise Equipment Australia reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue, change specifications and designs without incurring any obligations to the customer.

Ownership of Goods
Title of ownership of goods remains with Exercise Equipment Australia until the goods have been paid for in full. Should customers prove unable, for whatever reason, to complete payment for goods, they hereby irrevocably authorise Exercise Equipment Australia or its agents to enter their premises for the purpose of taking possession of the goods supplied.
